Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You have the right to Return your items for a Full Refund within 30 Days.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to return within 30 days after the Purchase Date without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel (Return/Refund), you must advise us of your decision clearly via our Contact Page Here as well as your Order Number info.

Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in perfect condition & clearly unused.

Faulty Items

We take care to prevent any damage to your items during transit, however it is possible that this can happen sometimes & apologies if you have received a damaged item.

Please contact us via the Returns Contact Page & note details of any damage (preferably as well as images) & we will advise on the next steps. In the case of Damaged Items we will refund any postage costs to return the Item.

Refund Timescales

Once the Item is received by us as per instructions given to you, you will receive your Refund within 5-10 Working Days.

This will only be Processed after the inspection of Items to ensure they are in Perfect Condition & Unused (unless returning Damaged Items as above)
